Sides: Rice and Beans (vegetarian)
Salsa Bar: Onion, Cilantro, Hot & Mild Salsa, radishes, lemons, jalapeños, chips & guacamole.

All plates, napkins, and forks included. 

Service is 1/2 hour set-up, 2 hours serving,
all you can eat!!


Minimum service is $380 for 45 people.  $9 per person (over the 45 count)

Entrees

• Tacos

Tortillas (hard shell or soft) filled with angus beef, grilled chicken, marinated pork, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

• Burritos

Fresh flour tortilla rolled around your choice of angus beef, grilled chicken, or marinated pork and rice, beans, lettuce and fresh salsa.

• Crispy Taquitos

Crisp-fried corn tortillas, filled with your choice of angus beef, grilled chicken, or marinated pork. Topped with sour cream and guacamole.

• Fajitas

Angus beef, grilled with onions and bell peppers and served with fresh flour tortillas.

• Birria

A blend of chiles and spices simmered with beef stew meat. Served with cilantro, limes, and onion as condiments and Mexican rice or beans as side dishes.

• Quesadillas

Fried flour tortillas filled with cheese and your choice of angus beef or grilled chicken.

• Tortas

Mexican style sandwichwith garnished meat, creamy avocado, bean spread, pickled jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

• Hamburgers

Angus Beef burger, topped with cheese, onion, tomato.
